| Per´s comments: The helpful waitress wanted to serve this with a shot of raspberry syrup, but had no problems to serve it to me unblended.Cloudy pale yellow with lively creamy head. Citric aroma with notes of red berries. Less acidic than the original Berliner Weisses, and also maltier. Tart, yet rounded with some citric acid present. Ninkasi´s rendition of Berliner Weisse is more accessible and less hardcore, but still feels genuine. A good one! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
