| Per´s comments: The recipe has been slightly altered since I first tried it, and now includes honey. It´s cloudy nut brown with smokey heather nose. Malty, woody and really smokey. Juniper and heather dominate. the malt profile is clean, and it would gain fram further conditioning. The finish is salt and bitter | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
