| Per´s comments: Cloudy amber, rich airy head. Citric grapefruit aroma. Sweet and malty, sugary and hoppy. Powerful with saccharine sweet and bitter finish. Fredrik N´s comments: Orange, redbrown with very little head. Spicy aroma with tones of citrus, pinetrees and soil. Citrushoppy flavor with tones of malt, chocolate and spices. Huge bitterness. Dry finish. Everything from the absolutely marvelous colour trough the creative hopping ( not only Cascade, big plus) to the finishing expresstrain-bitterness feels right about this one.
