| Per´s comments: Hazy pale orange. Up front Cantillon acidity mingles with strong cognac aroma. Sweeter than the average Cantillon, yet fresh and acidic. After the initial punch the cognac flavour subdues to a more balanced level. Interesting, and - as alwatys with Cantillon - very, very good. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
