| Per´s comments: Clear dark amber, no head. Aroma of lychee and pine needles. Dry and medium bodied with clean, hard mouthfeel. Some cookie malt flavour - but most of the flavour is in the hoppy aroma. The finish is grapefruity, resiny and really bitter. A school book example of American style IPA: Technical perfection, but where´s the soul? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
