Per´s comments: Beautifully nut brown. Elegeant peach aroma. Distinctly acidic. Like a decent attempt to copy Cantillon FouFoune, but with a tad more flowery wild yeast character. I can´t say it´s unpleasant, but from a beer called Braveheart with a label featureing a castle on a green hill behind a scotch plaid red pattern I´d more expect a malty, firm scotch ale than a peach lambic. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
