| Per´s comments: Clear deep red, small pink head. Balsamic cherry aroma. Acidic and dense, with notes of cobweb and vinegar. Less fruity than Drie Fonteinen and Girardin´s kriekemlambics, and I miss the extra dimension they have. But then unblended lambics change more from barrel to barrel than any other type of beer I know of... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
