| Per´s comments: Cloudy pale yellow. Loads of lactic acid up front. Medium bodied with clean mouthfeel and notes of lemon and heavy citric acid sourness that completely dominates. The lactic/citric acid character is Berliner weisse style, but it´s less crisp and fresh than Berliner Weisses. Sure, it´s an interesting, and fairly refreshing beer but the sourness goes a bit overboard and it gets very one-dimensional. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
