| Per´s comments: Served in a ceramic mug in dimly lit cellar valves it was not possible to see the colour. Aroma of ginger. Fairly sweet with light body and some cinnamon flavour along with menthe and honey. Light flavoured and bordering to being thin, but the honey softens the edges. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
