| Per´s comments: Bronze colour. The nose is lightly grassy and buttery, and it´s very sweet and sugary. The malt profile is really good - soft, yet firm, but the sweetness takes over and it gets a bit cloying. The finish has a burning sensation from the alcohol. Scale down the sweetness, and it´ll be a great bock. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
