| Per´s comments: Clear dark ruby. Light buttery malt aroma. Very sweet and fruity with mellow mouthfeel. Near full bodied, notes of pineapple and strawberry jam. Fruit syrup is what remains in the finish. Some nice flavours, but very unlike a traditional bock with it´s sticky, mellow mouthfeel. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
