| Per´s comments: Near black, minimal head. The aroma holds coffee, lactic acid and berries. Surprisingly light bodied with hard crystal malt character. Notes of papery malt and chocolate. Fairly low bitterness. There´s lots of good stuff in here, but a bock needs a big, soft maltiness - not hard, sharp crystal malt. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
