| Per´s comments: Clear very dark brown. Aroma of alcohol and roasty coffee. Sweet up front with some molasses and a mellow mouthfeel. Coffee dominates. Drier, tarry finish. There are undeniably some interesting flavours in here, but making calling a beer "bock" with this type of mellow malt profile is a bit of a blasphemy. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
