Per´s comments: Lively cloudy golden appearance. Citric apple aroma. Plenty of freshening lambic-like acidity. The mouthfeel is unbelievably sparkling and lively, and there´s loads of fresh green apples there. Very cider-like and bursting with spritzyness, but add Cantillon like acidity. Really good and almost bizarre. Decidedly the most interesting beer at the RB Xmas Sydney gathering ´05!
