Per´s comments: Cloudy deep golden, dense head. Pleasant honey aroma. Surprisingly dry for a honey flavoured beer. The honey adds aroma and flavour remincent of eucalyptus, even though the bees have feed on desert flowers. The mouthfeel is fairly soft, and it has a a marked herbal bitter finish.
