| Per´s comments: Dark brown, rich firm head. Striking early coffee aroma. Dryish and light bodied. Roasty with soft mouthfeel. The pleasant roasty/earthy malt flavour carries this beer. The hops are playing second fiddle, but some nice bitterness are noted late in the finish. Perhaps a little more body could´ve brought this porter up another level, but already as is it is a fine, unusually quaffable porter with a lot of depth. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
