| Per´s comments: Clear nut brown, small creamy head. Sugary nose. Sweet and firmly malty with the characteristic dusty urbock character know fron the Einbecker beers. Dominated by complex malt flavours, including grain and licorice, fruits and grassy hops are being overshadowed. Low bitterness.
