| Per´s comments: Pale yellow with big, airy head. Flowery hops with candyish esters and bready malt un the aroma. Dryish and bready with fairly soft mouthfeel. The British style Fuggle hops clashes with a Central European malt profile. Some notes of metal and sulphur adds to the confusion. Finishes with above medium bitterness. An interesting beer, but perhaps more weird than balanced. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
