| Per´s comments: Cloudy reddish brown, rich creqamy head. Strong orangey nose. Medium sweet with soft mouthfeel and firm body. Contrary to the Simcoe IPA and Centennial IPA the hops allow for the malt character to shine through with it´s butterscotch and caramel. Alcohol plays a non-neglectable part, and the finish is less overwhelming than in the other two IPAs I just had from Mikkeller. Orange zest dominates the finish. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
