| Per´s comments: Clear ruby, creamy head. Strong caramel aroma. Sweet. The low carbonation adds to a soft mouthfeel. Medium bodied, heavy on butterscotch. The hop rate seems quite low and there are vague traces of syrup. The finish is dry and woody with low bitterness. Has warming qualities. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
