| Per´s comments: Cloudy pale yellow, rich airy head. Distinct citric Cantillon aroma with some perfumy soap added. Expectedly dry and vinegary with lively mouthfeel. I have not tasted these berries, but the berry character in this lambic is less evident than the one in Soleil de Minuit. It does however have an additional light fruitiness and a light bitterness. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
