| Per´s comments: Hazy nut brown, creamy head. Sweet and very malty, nearfull bodied. Roasty and lightly buttery. There is some caramel, but despite it´s size flavours are discrete and sparse. It´s firm, but the mouthfeel is not as soft and deep as is desirable from a doppelbock. Low bitterness. A decent beer, but it does not live up to my expectations. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
