| Per´s comments: Ruby colour, small head. Spicy nose with notes lavender and juniper berries (even if these are not the spices added), as well as grassy hops. Medium bodied with clean rounded mouthfeel. Complex and intriguing flavour from the mix of spices, hops and caramelly malt. Rather light for a Christmas ale, but who cares with all these flavours? | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
