| Per´s comments: Lightly hazy ruby, creamy head. Rich hoppy aroma of sweaty lychee. Despite it´s full size it feels streamlined, yet fairly soft. Warming peppery alcohol is evident. The hops are evident, but not that overpowering so it remains balanced (as far as DIPAs go), shying away from stickyness and syrup. Powerful bitterness, but due to it´s body it´s actually less striking than in the 4.3% English cask bitter I just had. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
