| Per´s comments: Hazy pale yellow, firm creamy head. Flowery viola nose. Sweetish up front with hints of vegetables na dpaper. Light bodied with some doughy malt and rather mellow mouthfeel. Very little hops, and just a hint of salty bitterness. Too streamlined in it´s attempt to suply the demand of blandish beer. It did work well with the spicy food here, that certianly wasn´t dumbed down. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
