| Per´s comments: Clear golden, fairly brief head. Aroma of coriander and saffron. Dry with clean, crisp mouthfeel. Minerally with light almondy yeast character and some citrus. Careful salty finish. A good beer and probably just about what the brewer wanted, however the clean profile reveals more of a relationship with US microbrewed versions of saison than the Belgan originals themselves. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
