| Per´s comments: Cloudy darkish amber, mid-sized airy head. Aroma of caramel and banana. Sweet and full bodied. Strawberry esters mingle with spun sugar, banana cake and caramel. Mild with soft, spritzy mouthfel. The high alcohol contents are barely noticed. Combines the warming qualities of doppelbock with the refreshment that hefeweizen gives well. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
