| Per´s comments: Hazy copper colour, rich creamy head. Yeasty earthy nose that softly transfroms itself to minerals, almond and melon. Sweet and very soft, near full bodied. Later on another soft transition occurs - this time to grapefruit, syrup and salt. Finally it gradialy turns into resiny pine needle bitterness. A sensationally seemless beer that weaves your mouth into a silky web full of complex flavours. Too sweet, but who cares? This is art! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
