| Per´s comments: Clear pale amber, small head. Aroma of caramel and paper with a dash of black cherries. Sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. ThereÆs caramel and crystalized sugar as well as some unusual rosehip. Sugary finish with growing inky bitterness. Very strange DIPA. Almost no aroma hops up front, itÆs too sweet, and the malt structure is sub-par as well. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
