| Per´s comments: Clear brownish amber, small head. Grassy, almost lactic nose. Feels dry and almost full bodied at first. ThereÆs notes of butter, tart lingonberries and suprising aniseed. The sweet malt comes through the somewhat tart, salty curtains, making it ambigous - almost schizophrenic. Finishes with salt and balanced bitterness. As weÆre severely lacking Swedish microbrewed bock beers itÆs a more than welcome addition to the local beer scene - itÆs just that I canÆt really get a grip on it. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
