| Per´s comments: Clear brownish amber, fair sized creamy head. Aroma of peaty smoke, heather, honey and black cherries. Medium sweet and fairly light bodied with clean rounded mouthfeel. The unassaulting, rather careful smokiness goes well with the light buttery notes. Finishes with low bitterness. Good smoked ale, that would be excellent with more soft malt profile. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
