| Per´s comments: Very dark brown, firm majestic head. Burnt ashy nose. Dry, yet soft. Probably the most light bodied Imperial Stout IÆve tried. Instead itÆs fruity and ashy with evident notes of raspberry esters, apricot and salty licorice. When it warms chocolate joins the symphony of flavours. The finish is long and salty. Despite itÆs relatively low gravity it possesses full character. ItÆs greatest asset is the combintion of outstanding drinkability with soft mouthfeel and concentration of flavour. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
