| Per´s comments: Cloudy straw colour with creamy head. Evident aroma of ripe banana and cloves. Sweet and fruity, very estry with evident wheat malt character. Dries out towards a thinning finish. Remains a very drinkable summer beer. Has all the flavour I want in a hefeweizen, but the mouthfeel is perhaps somewhat bold. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
