Per´s comments: Hazy amber with rich head. Lovely fresh hoppy citrus aroma. Light-medium bodied with crisp malt character, but cookie malt distinguishes it from most American Pale Ales. Hops dominate thoroughly. Aromatic and resiny with bergamott and and grapefruit - this is way more US West Coast style than English. The malt character however is more inviting than most American microbrews, making it a more multifacetted beer. Long, resiny bitter finish. The best new Sierra Nevada beer I had in many years! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
