| Per´s comments: Served with a cherry in the glass. Cloudy pale brownish amber, rich but flocky head. Fresh sour cherry aroma. Medium sweet with some hay-like hops. The very obvious cherry character clashes with the pilsener like characterics (IĘd guess the Duchmaus is the base beer), and it finishes with a combination of hay-like bitternes and cherry jam. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
