Per´s comments: Cloudy pale yellow, airy head - looks like Cantillon! Lemony rubber aroma. Dry and tart with highly acidic lambic flavour - tastes like Cantillon, but less complex and more rubbery. There is actually both barnyard and lemon. The flavour is not really bad at all, but rated as a pils it is the worst ever. They should relabel it Yme Lambic and do business with the rest of the batch. My most serious complaint against that is that no wheat malt is used...
Per´s comments: The colour is between deep golden and pale amber. ItĘs clear with mid-sized head. Grassy caramel aroma. Sweet and cottony soft with medium body. Spritzy with toffee and spun sugar, notes of lingonberries. Finishes with low bitterness. All in all it leaves an impression of drinking liquid toffee. But thatĘs a highly positive impression.
