Per´s comments: Cloudy deep golden with lots of particles and lively brief head. Estery aroma with burnt pineapple. Sweet and fruity with odd underlying rowanberry sourness. Full bodied with arousing alcohol and rare minerals (Einsteinium?). Ashy bitteness with some melon wrapped in parma ham. Think Belgian style. Or think bottom fermented tripel. Also think vodka. An almost bizarre, yet very enjoyable beer that is so complicated that it almost trips over itÆs own feet. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
