| Per´s comments: Transparently black with dense pale brown head. Aroma of aniseed and ouzo. The surprsingly slender and vital body gives it extreme drinkability for a beer itÆs size. The flavours are concentrated Salty chocoalte is first in line. It has also grainy malt, licorice and tar. Underneath there are vague fruity notes, raisin perhaps. So unassaulting that it takes a while to realize just how intense and complex it is. One of the best new imperial stouts IÆve had in a long while! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
