| Per´s comments: Bright hazy red. Lovely tart lemony nose with balsamic raspberries. COncentrated and juicy with Cantillon-style acidity. Towards the finish a rubbery off-flavour grows all stronger. The initial aroma is on par with the real traditional stuff, which is an exceptional achievement. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
