| Per´s comments: Hazy purple, pink head. Tart citric nose. The blueberries contributes mostly with colour and a general fruitiness. Very acidic with lots of lemon and vinegar. Sulphur starts to take over in the finish. I still maintain that blueberries and beer donÆt go together very well. Instead of the deep balsamic aromas from raspberies och cherry there is just a general fruitiness that takes the edge of the complexity of the lambic. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
