Per´s comments: Dark brown. Vinous and caramelly. Feels tart at first, than massive sweetness sets in. Full bodied with dough and saccharine, wood and cherry. Lots of salty bitterness. The barrel aged version really lifted this beer one step further than the non barrel version.here the sweetness becomes a bit much, so a bit of the huge potential in the beer does not come out.
