Per´s comments: Hazy bronze colour, average sized head. Concentrated hay aroma - even though I know that no Czech hops are used (itĘs mostly American if I remember correctly) I get moer associations to saaz than anything else. Dryish and soft with generous body. The hop flavour is quite dtrong and leads to a lasting but not assaulting bitterness. The reason why I find this beer so great is that it combines the soft malt profile of Czech beers with new days microbrewing hop levels. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
