| Per´s comments: Clear golden. Hay aroma. Medium sweet with clean hard mouthfeel. Very clean flavour profile. The low hop rate makes it rely heavily on the malt, which just doesnĘt work. Slight yeasty finish with just some bitterness. IĘd be surprised to see that this was top fermented. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
