| Per´s comments: Dark brown, small head. Evident but not overpowering cinnamon aroma. Medium sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Gently roasty flavour accompanied by balanced amounts of cinnamon. Finishes with fairly low bitterness. The mouthfeel is a bit too clean to make it lift. IÆd like to see this beer served cask conditioned, as it feels a bit blown up and edgy with the forced carbonation. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
