Per's comments: Mahogany colour, rich creamy head. Nutty and lightly roasty. Soft but übersweet. Low in carnonatio with medium body. Sugar screams in my face - all I sense and feel is sweetness - a baklava-like tornado strength honey sweetness that pretty much overturns everything in it’s path. The malt flavour seems carefully carved out, only to be made into rubble by the excessive sweetness. Pretty much a dessert beer to be consumed in very small amounts. It has lots of talent, but doesn’t provide the resulkts expected. Please ferment it out more! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
