| Per's comments: Clear amber, small head. Fruit and nutty with notes of strawberries. Medium sweet and fairly soft. Mildly roast ywith notes of licorice and ripe fruits. Dusty finish with medium bitterness. A well balanced beer, and the only proper ale style beer I’m aware of being brewed in Beijing. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
