| Per's comments: Clear deep golden, rich firm head. Lovely unusual hop aroma with wild strawberries being dominant. Sweet and medium bodied with soft, yet solid mouthfeel. Some sugar and caramel forms the backdrop to a curtain of floral, berry-like hops. Mild and mouthfilling with a bitterness that keeps growing. It’s really fun to exprience how these hops from Julita are working. In this particular beer these hops seem more beautiful than ever, and with the soft doughy malt profile it’s a lovely beer. Perhaps there is just a tad too much sweetness to achieve the desired drinkability. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
