| Per's comments: Near black rich creamy head. Neutral aroma. Fairly thin and somwhat fruity with a metallic touch. The expected flavours of roast ymalt just isn’t there, instead there’s vacuum, aluminium and some sloppy fruitiness. As it warms slight salt and tobacco wakes up and brings traces of life. It finished joyless without bitterness. The clean flavour profile makes me believe it is bottom fermented. It does not feel like even half an attempt to make a real porter. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
