Brewed by: BFM (Brasserie des Franches-Montagnes), Saignelégier
Per's comments: Cloudy mahogany colour, no head. Tart woody vinuos nose. The malt sweetness is beautifully balanced by lactic tartnes. Solid and caramelly with fresh berry and woody vinous notes of port and champagne. The alcohol is masterfully built in to the beer making it a flavour enhancer. A complex and arousing beer. Another BFM winner!
