| Per's comments: Very dark ruby, no head. Aroma of black currant and juniper smoke. Swet with rounded mouthfeel and more or less no carbonation. Evident flavour of juniper twigs, juniper smoke and juniper berries. Notes of honey. Remaining dangerously drinkable for a 12% beer. Quite lovely and mildly warming. The closest there is to commercial Gotlandsdricke. Amazed to see a beer from Öland without 1000 IBU... | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
